All goods are transported/carried at “OWNERS RISK” this means that the carrier will pay NO COMPENSATION if the goods are lost or damaged, unless he intentionally loses or damages them.
If you decide NOT to provide insurance cover, it means that should any damage or loss occur to your goods during the period of transit you are fully liable for the cost or repair or replacement of any of your goods.
This includes any damages that may occur to internal or external fittings, windows, floors and wall coverings at either point of collection or relocation
We strongly recommends that prospective customers consider a transit insurance policy which you can obtain through us or talk to your insurance company
Our payment terms are strictly payment at completion of the job
Cancellation fees may apply as follows: 1. Cancelation with 48 hours notice:1 hour charge for a half day move: 2 hour charge for a full day move. 2. Cancelation with 24 hours or less, 5 hour charge for a half day move: 8 hour charge for a full day move.
